All of our baked goods are made in a gluten-free, wheat-free kitchen. Many are made with our own gluten-free sourdough levain; including our conchas, sourdough loaves, and even our vegan brownie cookie!
Who We Are
LouNessa's started when I, Marylou, was diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease and had to go gluten-free. After loaf after loaf of failed homemade bread, Vanessa, a research scientist by trade, brought her love and precision into the kitchen and created a gluten-free sourdough that actually tasted right. The rest is history.
